When I visited Dublin in December, I bumped into Ger Barry from Clare’s biscuits once again and was reminded of how much our members love his baked biscuits, especially in the shamrock shape! Just the perfect treat for my treasured members for the St Patrick’s Day MyIrelandBox this year. As always, Ger Barry, shamrock shortbread manager extraordinaire, called me twice a week to let me know how the baking was going! I ordered more as I know when our member’s finished their box they’d be on here looking to top up! These shamrock shaped all butter biscuits are produced using the world renowned Ballyrashane Irish butter. Made of only the finest natural ingredients, they utterly melt in the mouth! |
