I certainly could have gathered lots of my sheep images and written all about the Irish sheep within my September 2023 booklet but when I came home early in the year with this book, a gift from Elena of O’Brien Press, well, those cute sheep just drew me in each time I glanced at it! It is a wonderful book that has been compiled by Sarah O’Connor.
