I run out the door most mornings with some baked bread and raspberry and vanilla jam – it’s summertime personified! I do add some peanut butter too by the way! This jam is particularly enjoyable with the bread mixes that we have included MyIrelandBoxes. <head><meta charset="UTF-8" /></head> This variety of Irish raspberry is unique; the fruit is grown on Big Red Kitchen’s local fruit farm, and combined with Madagascan vanilla pod offers a show-stopping jam. Tart raspberry and sweet vanilla; great in all cakes & bakes. Ingredients: Irish raspberries (50%), sugar, vanilla (less than 1%), pectin. Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 59g per 100g Store out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening & enjoy within 4 weeks.
