A traybake for the summertime straight from Northern Ireland. My cousin’s husband Nick, whose father is from Tyrone, suggested to me while back to include this recipe in a MyIrelandBox. After tasting the fifteens when I went to Tyrone recently, I just had to! Easy peasy to make solo whilst listening to some lovely music in the background and also a joy to bond with children grandchildren, the pleasure in making them is just as wonderful as the amazing taste!
